This model was inspired by the Star wars movie 'Episode I: The Phantom Menace'. It is my own version of a pod racer.

Notice the detail on the engine pods, such as counter rotating fan blades, an energy transfer beam and jet exhaust fumes. The most challenging aspect was getting the cables connecting to the cockpit pod to look realistic.

Someday I might render a short film using this model.
